I tried this for a week. I lost about 10 pounds. I had to stop because of lack of bowel movements even though I took some medication. It does work if you can stick with it.Good Luck Shannon!

Way to go Shannon… okay… so I will try the boiled egg with my shakes… and the tuna…. thanks for the tip… and I will try to do away with the dinner… I was drinking shakes every 2.5 hours 16 oz about 260 cal each one 46 protein total… its filling… I use skim milk but I recently tried it with water and it wasn’t to bad.
I like to warn you that I have gained every lb back that I lost through boot camp… and I am angry at myself. It is my beast in myself that holds me back an allow me to abuse my body by sitting on my rear and eating fried foods. and drinking alcohol…

You are doing a great job, I watch you drink that stuff everyday and I don’t think I have the discipline to endure such a diet. Your determination is an inspiration to me and others. I hope you achieve your goals, I’m very interested to see the end results.

I have been to your boot camp class and it is excellent however I stopped on the 3rd week. Now I am disgusted because all I do is eat. Your inspiration is helping me to come back to do bootcamp at least on Saturdays. I need your HELP!!. Keep up the good work, we all are counting on you

Keep up the good work and stay focused with tunnel vision for your goal you want to reach. I really would love to try this regiment to see if I can pull this challenge off, but I’m not sure whats whats a good brand of the protein shake that I need to buy. Also, I would like to know how many times a day do I suppose to drink the shake and how far apart do I suppose to drink this shake. Thankx
